1967 El Camino Roof Sand Blasted And Epoxy Primer Powder Coat
1967 El Camino roof brought to us for sand blasting and epoxy primer powder coating. Below is a picture of the replacement roof top. We carefully sand blasted the roof inside and out without warping the thin sheet metal roofline.

The next pictures are after sand blasting. The advantage of sand blasting is we are able to get into all the tight spots, blast inside the window pillars, removing more rust than you could with traditional sand paper and wire brushes.

Epoxy powder coating is more flexible and tougher than regular paint and offers long-term protection. It's resistant to corrosion, chemicals, abrasions, and impact.Because it is baked on at 400 degree's. Epoxy powder coating adheres strongly to structures.
