Banks Power aluminum rotational mold before and after wet blasting
Here are some before and after wet blasting pictures of an aluminum rotational mold we cleaned up for Banks Power. We removed all the burnt on releasing agent, cleaned up the flange, finished it with 180 grit ceramic beads giving it a smooth finish and improve how the plastic part releases from the mold. This mold is ready to go back into production.
